Mr. Hughes has been actively engaged in the consulting engineering business for over 30 years. He has designed over 400 new buildings from 1 to 35 stories in height. Some of his more significant projects include and addition to the CIA in Langley, Virginia; Tannen Towers in Wilmington, Delaware; Reading Hospital Parking Garage, Reading, PA; Corning Glass Parking Garage in Corning, New York Hershey Medical Center Parking Garage in Hershey, PA.  A bridge over the Nile River in Khartoum, Africa; over 6 new churches and over 6 new restaurants. He has inspected over 4,000 existing buildings including the crash site at Schnecksville from 911.  Hughes maintains a 1200 sq ft office building which includes a receptionist, library, conference room and 3 office suites.
